Checks during the moulding phase
During the moulding process, a radioscopic machine is used to check for any blowholes or porosity within the castings.
This inspection allows the internal structure of the component to be analysed during the production phase, supporting the quality control of the die-cast part.

Non-destructive testing of aluminium die-castings
Non-destructive testing on aluminium allows the integrity of the component to be verified without compromising its functionality.
In particular, X-ray inspections are carried out to detect blowholes, and internal checks on the die-cast are performed using radioscopic systems.

Dimensional checks and machining tests
During product acceptance, dimensional checks are carried out using specific tools that are calibrated at regular intervals.
Dimensional test reports are produced using 3D measurement machines to verify that the dimensions of the parts comply with the required specifications.

Pressure leak tests
Where required by the end application, pressure leak tests are carried out to verify the component functionality under operating conditions.
This test allows to assess the component behaviour under pressure, in accordance with the customer application requirements.
